THE RIGHT SUV FOR THE RIDE

Space, comfort, and the right assignment.

Passenger count is only part of the picture. Luggage, pickup access, and the shape of your itinerary help dispatch confirm the right Escalade or Escalade ESV for the ride.

PASSENGERS

Room to settle in.

Share the number of adults and children riding so the seating plan can be confirmed before pickup.

LUGGAGE

Tell us what is coming along.

Checked bags, golf clubs, equipment, and oversized items can change the best vehicle assignment.

ITINERARY

Match the service to the plan.

A direct transfer, airport handoff, or chauffeur kept on hand calls for a different service setup.

LUXURY SUV FAQ

What to know before you request.

What luxury SUVs do you use?

Three: the Executive Suburban (Premier trim), the Signature Cadillac Escalade, and the XL Escalade ESV for extended legroom and luggage. Every one is owner-operated or driven by a vetted affiliate to the same standard.

Which SUV should I choose?

Up to six guests with normal luggage, the Executive Suburban covers it. When the arrival matters — clients, dinners, events — take the Signature Escalade. Flying with full-size luggage or golf clubs, or riding three rows deep, request the XL Escalade ESV. Larger than six, move to the Passenger Van or Sprinter.

Is the exact vehicle guaranteed?

Your vehicle class and assignment are confirmed with your reservation. A specific photographed vehicle, color, trim, or model year is not guaranteed unless it is stated in writing.

Can I request an Escalade ESV?

Yes. Include the request along with passenger and luggage details. Dispatch will confirm availability and the most appropriate assignment.

What information helps you choose the right SUV?

Passenger count, luggage, oversized items, pickup access, destination, and whether the vehicle needs to remain with you.

Which service should I choose?

Use point-to-point for one pickup and one destination, airport service for BNA or private aviation, and hourly service when the chauffeur and vehicle need to stay with the schedule.
