By checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages (such as driver arrival alerts and booking confirmations) from My Nashville Driver at the mobile number provided.
CRITICAL DATA SHARING POLICY: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to outside parties under any circumstances.
Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By booking a ride with My Nashville Driver, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and are manually reviewed by our dispatch team prior to final confirmation.
2. SMS Communications Program
If you opt-in to receive text messages from us, please note the following:
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (e.g., confirmation, driver arrival, receipt).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at dispatch@mynashvilledriver.com.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Google Maps Platform
The Restaurant Menu Finder may display on-demand Google Maps review summaries. Google provides and generates this content; My Nashville Driver displays it as provided and does not store the summary text. Use is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
4. Photography & Image Use
The photographs of Nashville neighborhoods, venues, and our vehicles on this website are original works created by My Nashville Driver. All photographs are protected by copyright: © 2026 My Nashville Driver. All rights reserved.
Our photographs are not available under any public license. If you would like permission to use one of our images, contact us at dispatch@mynashvilledriver.com with the image and your intended use. Licensing is considered case by case and granted in writing.
