Time & mileage
When pickup and final drop-off are both within 10 miles of Nashville’s city center, time and mileage run from pickup to final drop-off.
For endpoints outside that radius, time and/or mileage may start or end at the garage. We confirm this case by case for your itinerary.
Additional mileage: $2.50 per mile beyond the included 250 miles.
Extra time: A 15-minute grace period resets each hour. Within each additional hour, minutes 16–30 add a half-hour charge; minutes 31–60 add a full-hour charge. Extra time is itemized on a supplemental invoice.

After the included 10 hours, a 15-minute grace period resets each hour. Completed extra hours remain billable. Within the next hour, the first 15 minutes add no charge, minutes 16–30 add half an hour, and minutes 31–60 add a full hour. Extra time is itemized on a supplemental invoice.

The same pattern continues for longer extensions: 135 extra minutes bills as two hours; 136–150 minutes as two and a half hours. Extensions depend on availability. Tell us when your plans change so we can coordinate the rest of your day.
Your route, passenger and luggage fit, vehicle availability and booking details are confirmed before you reserve. Parking and traffic conditions determine where your driver can wait and the appropriate meeting point at each stop.

Does the price include a car and a driver?
Yes. Your 10-hour package includes the selected MND vehicle, a professional driver, gratuity, fees and 250 miles. Choose a Suburban, standard Escalade or 14-passenger Passenger Sprinter.
What does “as directed” mean?
Your car and driver follow your agreed itinerary, including multiple stops and waiting between them. Share fixed appointments in advance and coordinate changes during the day within the booked time and mileage.
Does my driver wait during meetings, shopping or meals?
Yes. Your driver stays assigned to your day and waits nearby where permitted. Coordinate the next meeting point and pickup timing directly with your driver.
Can we leave luggage or shopping bags in the vehicle?
Yes. Your reserved vehicle can hold your belongings between stops, subject to the space needed for your party. Share your luggage and larger-item requirements when planning the day.
Is gratuity extra? Are there any hidden fees?
Gratuity and fees are included in the advertised package price. Additional time and miles beyond the package are charged at the disclosed rates. Review the day package details for the allowances and how billing starts and ends.
Can we include an airport pickup or drop-off?
Include the flight, luggage and airport stop in your itinerary request so we can review your whole day’s route, timing and vehicle fit.
Is the vehicle private to my group?
Yes. The whole vehicle and professional driver are reserved for your party during your booked day. Choose an SUV for up to six passengers or a Passenger Sprinter for up to fourteen; we confirm passenger and luggage fit before booking.
Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?
A request goes to dispatch for review. We confirm your itinerary, vehicle fit, availability and booking details with you before the ride is booked.
