The Passenger Sprinter is reserved for your group. You book the whole vehicle rather than individual seats.
How does the $18-per-person price work?
Fourteen passengers sharing the $250 vehicle fare works out to approximately $18 each ($17.86 when rounded to the nearest cent). The $250 fare is all-in for one-way airport transfer. The fare covers travel between BNA and Downtown Nashville. Optional baggage-claim meet-and-greet is an additional $18 and is separate from the $250 fare.
Can 14 passengers bring luggage?
Seating capacity and luggage fit are reviewed together. Tell us the number and size of your bags, including carry-ons and oversized items, so we can confirm the arrangement before booking.
Do you handle airport arrivals and departures?
Yes. The $250 offer covers travel between BNA and Downtown Nashville in either direction. Each transfer is one-way; include both legs in your request if you need an arrival ride and a later return to the airport. Arrivals use the limo line, or add $18 for baggage-claim meet-and-greet; departures drop at Level 3.
What if our group is on different flights?
Include each flight and tell us who is traveling on it. We’ll review arrival times and agree on a pickup plan with you. Changes to flight schedules may mean the plan needs to be adjusted.
