Two Cadillac Escalades at golden hour — hourly private driver fleet in Nashville
Priced for Certainty

The number is settled before the car moves.

Hourly isn’t a meter running under your day — it’s a decision you make once. Tell dispatch the window; you get one all-in number, you approve it, and that’s the price. No surge, no per-stop math, no recalculating at the curb while your guests wait.

The car and the professional driving it are yours for the whole window — every leg, every wait, every change of plan already covered by the number you said yes to.

How Hourly Gets Used

Book the window, not every stop.

One booking covers the whole plan — every leg, every wait, every change of mind inside your window. These aren’t stock photos; they’re recent hourly bookings we drove.

Cadillac Escalade at a country club clubhouse during an hourly golf outing
Golf outing · country club arrival

Clubs in the back, drop at the clubhouse, and the car waits while you play — no parking-lot shuttle, no post-round logistics. When the 19th hole runs long, the window just holds.

Cadillac Escalade at the Iroquois Steeplechase in Percy Warner Park
Iroquois Steeplechase · Percy Warner Park

Race day at Percy Warner: dropped at the gate ahead of the tailgates, staged nearby all afternoon, and out before the exit lines form. Big-event days are exactly what hourly is built for.

Dollywood day trip · Sevierville

A full East Tennessee day in one booking — Dollywood, dinner, and the courthouse Dolly on the square, with your driver handling every mile there and back.

Cadillac Escalade at a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store on the Jack Daniel’s day trip
Jack Daniel’s day trip · Lynchburg

The Lynchburg run: distillery tour, square stroll, and the classic country-store stop on the way — everyone tastes, nobody drives.

Cadillac Escalade at the Cracker Barrel home office entrance in Lebanon at dusk
Corporate visit · Cracker Barrel Home Office, Lebanon

Vendor and partner days at the home office in Lebanon — morning arrival, meetings held, evening return, one professional on it the whole day.

Escalade at the Natchez Trace Stables hitching rail with a draft horse — horse farm day trip from Nashville
Horse farm day trip · Natchez Trace Stables

An afternoon at the stables an hour down the Trace — the driver waits while you ride, and the day ends back at your own door. If it fits in the hours, it fits in the booking.

Corporate & Retained

The same driver, all day — and next Tuesday too.

Corporate hourly runs on a prearranged driver — a professional you get to know and trust, dispatched by the owner, holding your schedule instead of chasing the next fare. Board mornings, investor days, site visits, recurring weekly runs — and regional work well past the state line, like capitol-district corporate and lobbying days in Frankfort, Kentucky. One point of contact from first text to last drop-off.

Political events, delegations, and campaign days run the same way — discreet staging at the venue, from the State Museum to the Capitol. Need more than one vehicle? The fleet covers simultaneous cars under a single dispatch: one plan, one contact, every guest moving.

Groups by the Hour

Whole-crew hourly — Sprinters and vans.

The window model scales. A Sprinter or 10-passenger van holds your whole group the same way — wedding parties moving between venues, corporate teams across a campus day, event crews with gear — one booking, one driver, every move inside the window already covered.

The LED-lit Sprinter seats 13; the executive passenger van seats 10. Both run hourly, with dispatch confirming minimums and one all-in number before you commit.

Questions

Escalade FAQ.

What does an hourly private driver cost in Nashville?

Executive XL SUV (Suburban) is $95/hr, the Luxury SUV (Escalade) is $125/hr, and the Luxury XL (Escalade ESV) is $150/hr — two-hour minimum, 25 miles included per booked hour, $2.50/mile after. The quote you approve is the price.

What counts inside my booked window?

Everything: every stop, every wait, every detour you call from the back seat. The driver and vehicle are yours for the window — there is no per-stop meter and no renegotiation mid-day.

Can we make multiple stops or change the plan mid-trip?

Yes — that’s the point of hourly. Tell your chauffeur and the plan changes; dispatch keeps the paperwork in sync.

Do you do day trips outside Nashville?

Constantly — Dollywood, Jack Daniel’s, Leiper’s Fork, horse farms on the Natchez Trace, corporate visits across Middle Tennessee. Mileage past the included allowance is $2.50/mile, quoted up front.

Can I book the same driver every week?

Yes. Corporate and retained clients get a prearranged driver — the same professional on a standing schedule, coordinated directly with owner dispatch.

Will the exact vehicle in the photos pick me up?

Every photo on this page is our own photography of our actual vehicles on real bookings. We hold the same standard across the fleet; your exact vehicle may vary with availability, and when it does you may be upgraded at no charge.

Is a larger vehicle available by the hour?

Yes — the 10-passenger van at $125/hr and the Sprinter at $195/hr, gratuity included on both, minimums confirmed by dispatch.

Still deciding?

Tell us the day. We’ll tell you the window.
