The Rates

Every service, Germantown rates.

Every ride runs the same way: a professional chauffeur, a spotless black SUV, and a driver who already knows which gate at First Horizon Park you actually want.

Airport

BNA transfers — from $95

Curbside drop-off for departures, and on the way home you skip the rideshare garage entirely — we meet you at the terminal door. Flights are tracked, and there’s no penalty for an early or late arrival. Airport service details.

Hourly

Hourly chauffeur — from $95/hr

Two-hour minimum, 25 miles per hour included. The car stays with you: dinner on 5th, a show on 3rd, a late one after the game. Nobody moves a vehicle between stops. How hourly works.

Point-to-point

Point-to-point — from $55

Germantown to downtown, to Green Hills, to a Brentwood office. Direct route, confirmed price before you ride. Point-to-point details.

Game Nights & Show Nights

Car service to First Horizon Park — big nights, covered.

The Sounds publish exactly where a car belongs: drop-off and pickup near the Right Field Entrance on Rep. John Lewis Way, or along 3rd Avenue North. That is the only venue-published arrival instruction in Germantown, and it is the one we use.

Brooklyn Bowl sits four blocks south on 3rd and publishes no lot of its own, so show nights run the same way — we put you at the door and come back on your window. What a game night does to the surrounding streets is in the FAQ below.

5th & Taylor · 1411 5th Ave N — August 2026
01 — The Dinner Block

5th & Taylor.

1411 5th Avenue North, in the brick block that anchors the north end of the neighborhood. They publish no parking guidance of their own, which is exactly why people book the car — we drop at the door and 5th Avenue stops being your problem.

Butchertown Hall at 1416 4th Avenue North, Germantown, Nashville
Butchertown Hall · 1416 4th Ave N — August 2026
02 — The Free Lot

Butchertown Hall.

1416 4th Avenue North, and one of the few places here that publishes its own parking — a free on-site lot “just steps from our welcome door,” plus free spaces along 4th Avenue at Morgan Park. Either way works. We use the welcome door.

Monell’s at 1235 6th Avenue North, Germantown, Nashville
Monell’s · 1235 6th Ave N — August 2026
03 — The Long Table

Monell’s.

1235 6th Avenue North, served family-style at shared tables, which means a group arrives together and leaves together. That is one hourly booking rather than three separate cars — the driver waits and everybody rides back at once.

Mother’s Ruin at 1239 6th Avenue North, on the corner of Historic High Street in Germantown, Nashville
Mother’s Ruin · 1239 6th Ave N — August 2026
04 — The Late One

Mother’s Ruin.

1239 6th Avenue North, on the corner at Historic High Street, four doors up from Monell’s. Open daily until 2am with no reservations and first-come seating, so the wait is part of the night. That is the pickup we get called for most on this block — tell dispatch a rough time and the car is outside when you are ready.

Von Elrod’s Beer Hall and Kitchen at 1004 4th Avenue North, Germantown, Nashville
Von Elrod’s · 1004 4th Ave N — August 2026
01 — The Beer Hall

Von Elrod’s.

1004 4th Avenue North, a block off the Cumberland River Greenway. They publish more parking detail than anyone else on this side of town — free street parking on 4th, 5th and 2nd, several free lots — and they say plainly that availability changes during Sounds home games. On those nights we simply drop at the door.

The Nashville Farmers’ Market sign and marquee on Rosa L. Parks Boulevard in Germantown, with the downtown skyline behind
Nashville Farmers’ Market · 900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd — August 2026
02 — The Market

Nashville Farmers’ Market.

900 Rosa L. Parks Boulevard, open daily, with free two-hour customer parking on site and WeGo stopping directly out front. The Tennessee State Museum shares the block and publishes a drop-off at its Rosa L. Parks entrance — cars cannot park there, so we drop, clear, and come back on your window.

The Tennessee State Capitol above Bicentennial Capitol Mall in Nashville
Tennessee State Capitol · Capitol Hill — August 2026
03 — The Hill

Tennessee State Capitol.

600 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Boulevard, at the top of Capitol Hill above the mall. The Capitol states it plainly: there is no private parking, so weekday visitors use paid lots or meters. Guests enter through the West doors, and the mobility-accessible route runs through 425 Rep. John Lewis Way North. A car makes the whole question go away.

Common Questions

Germantown Car Service FAQ.

Where does the car drop for a Sounds game at First Horizon Park?

The Sounds publish it directly: drop-off and pickup near the Right Field Entrance on Rep. John Lewis Way, or along 3rd Avenue North. Worth knowing that Metro has run a game-day traffic plan closing lanes on both of those streets during recent homestands, so we build a few extra minutes into a first pitch.

How much is a car from Germantown to BNA?

From $95 flat. Curbside drop-off for departures, and on the way home you skip the rideshare garage — we meet you at the terminal door. Flights are tracked and there is no penalty for an early or late arrival.

How fast can you pick up in Germantown?

Give dispatch a time and you get a confirmed window back, not a moving estimate. We are based on Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills rather than in Germantown, so we book this neighborhood by the window — which is what you want on a game night anyway.

Is there a passenger loading zone in Germantown?

No. Metro publishes none anywhere in the neighborhood, and the downtown rideshare zones launched in 2026 have no published location north of Jefferson Street. That is exactly why the guidance venues do publish matters: the ballpark’s Right Field Entrance, the State Museum’s Rosa L. Parks drop-off, Butchertown Hall’s own lot.

Anything happening on the streets right now?

As of Metro’s most recent published lane-closure report, 3rd Avenue North is down a lane between Monroe and Madison through 28 August 2026, and 4th Avenue North at Harrison has a closure running into mid-August. We check the report before Germantown pickups rather than finding out at the corner.

Can I book hourly for a night out in Germantown?

It is the most common Germantown booking we take. Two-hour minimum, 25 miles per hour included. Dinner on 5th, a show at Brooklyn Bowl, a late one at Von Elrod’s — the car stays with you and nobody moves a vehicle between stops.
