What does the Suburban cost?
$95 per hour flat, with a 2 hour minimum. BNA airport transfers from $95 flat. The quote you approve is the price.
Will the exact vehicle in the photos pick me up?
The photos are of the actual Suburban in our fleet. The vehicle that arrives may be a different unit of the same class, seating six — two captain’s chairs in the second row and a three-across bench in the back — with the same size and space as an Escalade ESV, without the Cadillac emblems. Suburban reservations may also receive a complimentary Escalade or ESV upgrade based on availability. Have a preference on look or trim? Mention it when you book. The front passenger seat is yours if you want it, and we recommend it for anyone who’s sensitive to motion.
How much luggage fits?
Full-size cargo space behind the seats — airport luggage for the whole group rides in the back, not on laps.
How do airport pickups work?
We follow your flight in real time; you never need to text us an update. Your driver waits at BNA’s commercial lane on the upper level, loads the bags, and you’re moving. The Suburban’s cargo area takes a full group’s checked luggage plus carry-ons, so airport runs for six are its natural job. For departures, the car is curbside and the details are confirmed with you the day before.
How do I book?
Any way you like. The request button on this page works; so does a direct text, WhatsApp message, or email to dispatch, which many people prefer because it keeps the whole conversation between you and one person. Availability comes first, then we arrange the deposit and payment to fit you. We may ask for a deposit — most often for out-of-town pickups and group bookings — and full payment is expected at pickup. An instant pay-now option through the site is coming.
Have a request that isn’t on this page?
Ask us. We’d rather say yes to a request than have you go without: an extra stop, a specific pickup door, a car seat, a longer wait while you run in somewhere, a change of plans mid-ride. Tell dispatch what you have in mind when you book. If it can be done, it will be; if it can’t, we’ll say so up front.
Tell us the trip. We’ll tell you if the Suburban fits.
