Jeff Ruby opened his first upscale steakhouse in 1981 and has earned a reputation for delivering the ultimate fine dining experience.  More than four decades later, the family-owned and operated restaurant group operates seven luxury steakhouses across Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
