Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By booking a ride with My Nashville Driver, you agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and are manually reviewed by our dispatch team prior to final confirmation.
2. SMS Communications Program
If you opt-in to receive text messages from us, please note the following:
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity (e.g., confirmation, driver arrival, receipt).
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
